1. Overview
We dispatch all K&B Panels orders from our warehouse in Liverpool. Every order is sent on a fully tracked service so you can follow your delivery from the moment it leaves us to the moment it arrives at your door.
2. Delivery Area
We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including:
- England, Scotland, and Wales
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands
We do not currently offer international shipping via kbpanels.com. If you are based outside the UK and are interested in purchasing K&B Panels products, please contact us at hello@kbpanels.com and we will do our best to assist.
3. Delivery Cost
Free delivery on all orders. We offer free standard delivery to all UK addresses with no minimum order value and no exceptions.
4. Dispatch Times
In-stock orders are dispatched within 1 business day of your order being placed and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery is typically 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch across all UK addresses, including the Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the islands. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@kbpanels.com and we will investigate immediately.
6. Order Tracking
All orders are sent on a fully tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.
If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@kbpanels.com.
7. Pre-Order Items
Some products on kbpanels.com are available on a pre-order basis and will be clearly marked as “Pre-Order” on the product listing. Pre-order items have an estimated delivery timeframe of 7 days from the date of order.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking details as soon as your pre-order item is ready to ship. If there is any change to the expected timeframe, we will contact you promptly.
If you order a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be split into separate deliveries. You will not be charged additional delivery costs for split shipments.
8. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is made and you are not available, our courier will leave a card or notification with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. Please act on this promptly as undelivered parcels are typically held for a limited period before being returned to us.
If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that redelivery costs may apply in this situation.
9. Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if items are missing from your delivery, please report this to us within 48 hours of receipt. Email hello@kbpanels.com with your order number and photographs of any damage, including the outer packaging.
