2. These Terms

These terms apply to all purchases made through kbpanels.com. They do not apply to purchases made via third-party platforms such as Amazon, B&Q, Robert Dyas, The Range, or Walmart — those transactions are governed by the relevant platform’s own terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order is the version that applies to your purchase. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

3. Ordering and Contract Formation

3.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order on kbpanels.com, you are making an offer to purchase the goods described. A contract between you and K&B Panels is only formed once we have confirmed your order and dispatched the goods. Our order confirmation email is an acknowledgement of receipt — it does not constitute acceptance of your order.

3.2 Our Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• Goods are out of stock or unavailable
• There is a pricing or product description error on the site
• We are unable to verify payment or delivery details
• The order appears to be fraudulent or placed in bad faith

If we cancel your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund promptly.

3.3 Pricing Errors

We take reasonable care to ensure that all prices on kbpanels.com are accurate. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we will contact you as soon as possible. Where the correct price is reasonable and the error was clearly unintentional, we will honour the order. Where the mispricing is significant, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. The choice of whether to proceed at the correct price will be offered to you wherever possible.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices displayed on kbpanels.com are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the applicable rate. The VAT amount included in your order will be shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and dispatched.

5. Payment

We accept the following payment methods on kbpanels.com:

• PayPal
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later)

Payment is taken at the point of order. All transactions are processed securely. K&B Panels does not store your full card details.

5.1 Klarna

Klarna’s Buy Now, Pay Later services are provided by Klarna Bank AB and are subject to Klarna’s own terms and conditions. Credit is available subject to status and eligibility. Klarna’s credit agreement is separate from your contract with K&B Panels. Please refer to Klarna’s website for full details of their terms, fees, and eligibility criteria. Missed Klarna payments may affect your credit score.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping via kbpanels.com at this time.

6.2 Delivery Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of confirmation. Standard delivery is typically 2–3 business days from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We will notify you if there is an unexpected delay.

6.3 Free Delivery

We offer free standard delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses. Deliveries to certain remote or island locations may be subject to a surcharge, which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

6.4 Risk and Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.

6.5 Failed Delivery

If delivery is attempted and you are not available, our courier will leave a card or notification with instructions to rearrange. If goods are returned to us due to failed delivery after reasonable attempts, we reserve the right to charge redelivery costs.

7.1 Product Descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications on kbpanels.com are accurate. However, colours and finishes displayed on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to monitor settings and photographic conditions. We strongly recommend ordering a single panel as a sample before committing to a larger quantity.

7.2 Installation

In particular, you acknowledge that:

• Surface preparation is the responsibility of the installer
• Results may vary depending on wall type, surface condition, and installation method
• Panels used in outdoor applications must be installed and sealed in accordance with our outdoor installation guidance
• Panels must not be installed in areas of direct prolonged water submersion
• K&B Panels accepts no responsibility for the cost of removal or remediation where panels have been incorrectly installed

7.3 Samples

Single panels ordered as samples are subject to the same terms as any other order, including our returns policy. Sample panels are fully returnable within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our full Returns & Refunds Policy is available at kbpanels.com/policies/refund-policy. It forms part of these terms and is incorporated by reference. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on kbpanels.com — including but not limited to product images, text, logos, brand assets, and design — is the property of K&B Panels Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may share links to our website and use content for personal, non-commercial reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

• Losses arising from improper installation or use of our products
• Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, adverse weather, or supply chain disruption

These limitations do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
