Spoke to K&B via Facebook a few times before ordering, all my questions where answered in a timely fashion.
Order placed and arrived within the week, the wall is for a accent wall i wanted in my soon to be home bar.
I was worried about the joints, but honestly once it done it just disappears unless your standard 2 inches away.. so good I think i will order more for behind the bar area that isn't built yet..
But the effect is just what I was looking for..
Bought just one sample panel and installed it on a piece of plywood and set it outside to see how it handles the rest of summer and this coming winter then I will purchase enough to do skirting on a manufactured home if it still looks good in the spring seems like a very good and dependable product
Jake has been brilliant after we experienced some issues with the delivery firm. I asked him to get involved in assisting which he did instantly escalting the issue to the delivery firm and ensuring the good were delivered. Given the deilvery issues (multiple attempts at an incorrect address) a small number of the tiles were damaged. Jake immediately rectified tha by sending through some replacements. Outstanding customer service which is rare these days, a trusted and well founded business to purchase from!
